Entries are open to hotels and resorts physically located within Central Florida, specifically in the following counties:
Orange
Osceola
Seminole
Polk
Lake
Sumter
Volusia
Brevard
Only authorized representatives (marketing directors, property managers, or PR reps) may submit an entry on behalf of a hotel.
Entries from properties outside these counties or from other states will be automatically disqualified.
Submission Guidelines
Each hotel may submit up to three (3) category entries.
Categories include:
Best Hotel Pool
Best Spa or Wellness Experience
Best On-Site Dining
Best Hotel for Families
Best Romantic Getaway
Best Boutique Stay
Best Overall Hotel Experience (Grand Prize)
Each entry must include:
Hotel Name
Location & Website
100-word description
Up to 3 high-res images (JPG or PNG, max 5MB each)
Instagram handle (optional but encouraged)
The entry period is open until June 30, 2025.
Voting
Public voting will take place from July 1, 2025, at 8:00 AM to July 18, 2025, at 5:00 PM (EST).
One vote per person per category per day is allowed. Votes are tracked by email and IP address.
Any detection of fraudulent voting, including the use of bots, fake emails, or repeated rapid-fire votes from the same IP, will result in immediate disqualification of the affected entry.
No payment is required to vote, and no votes can be purchased.
Winner Selection & Prizes
Winners will be determined based solely on public votes.
The “Best Overall Hotel Experience” winner will be featured on the digital cover of Central Florida Lifestyle Magazine.
All other category winners will be featured in a special inside editorial spread.
Each winner will also receive:

Social media spotlight across Central Florida Lifestyle platforms
A “Best of Hotels” digital winner badge and branded graphics to promote their achievement
Legal & Usage Rights
By submitting an entry, participants grant Central Florida Lifestyle the right to use the submitted images, descriptions, logos, and social handles for promotional use, both during and after the contest period.
Contest organizers reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate contest rules or appear to manipulate voting systems.
